About IPA Beer
IPA is a style of beer that was created by George Hodgson from the Bow Brewery in East London. He took his pale ale recipe, increased the alcohol content and hops and the result was a bitter ale with high alcohol content. George Hodgson’s beer was able to survive the long trip from England to India, coining the phrase India Pale Ale. Imperial Pale Ales were beers that were sent to Russia; however, political conditions would soon cease trade, so India Pale Ale stuck. Today the beers are generally full of hops and alcohol!

IPA beers are best served in a 16oz. pint glass.
