Description:
Firestone Walker Mind Haze IPA is a juicy, hazy balanced IPA. The beer pops with tropical hop flavors. The beer is comprised of White Wheat, Torrified Wheat, Munich, Golden Naked Oats and 2-row malts with Cashmere, Mandarina, El Dorado, Idaho 7, Azacca and Mosaic hops. The ABV for Firestone Walker Mind Haze IPA is 6.2%.

Glass to Use:
IPA beers are best served in a traditional 16-ounce pint glass.

About the Brewery
In 1996, brothers-in-law Adam Firestone and David Walker founded the Firestone Walker Brewing Company in Los Olivos, California. The company purchased the former SLO Brewing Company and moved to Paso Robles in 2001. In 2015, the Belgian brewery Duvel Moortgat purchased Firestone Walker, which will help them further grow their business.

Firestone Walker is California’s 4th largest craft brewery, and in 2014 they were the 16th largest craft brewery in the US. They have locations in Paso Robles, Buellton and Venice. Paso Robles is the main brewery, Buellton makes eccentric wild ales and Venice specializes in R&D beers.

Firestone Walker’s Mind Haze IPA has a murky honey hue with a small loose frothy white head. The beer has aromas of malt with a light sweetness. I pick up flavors of creamy malt with a hint of bitterness at the end. This is really a good IPA!
