Beer Reviews:
Tobin’s Review 4 out of 5
Deep Ellum IPA has a dark amber hue with a thick compact head. The nose of the beer has aromas of citrus hops. The beer is very smooth, with a caramel flavor, followed by a light citrus hops ending. It also boasts flavors of mustard or a slight horseradish hops, which is a bit bizarre to say; but I liked it. Overall it was a really good beer, but I couldn’t drink a lot of this. It’s not really my style, but definitely a quality beer!
