Cream ales are light-style American lagers that use adjuncts of corn or rice to lighten the body of the beer. Cream ales are known for being light, refreshing and drinkable.

Aroma- Faint malt and hops, sweet corn and some fruity esters.
Flavor- Light hops bitterness, moderate sweet malt, light corn, dry and faintly sweet.
