About the Brewery
The Boston Beer Company was founded in Boston, MA in 1984 by Jim Koch. The first beer that the Boston Beer Company would produce was Koch’s Samuel Adams Boston Lager. Sam Adams Holiday White Ale has a honey gold hue with a flat head. The beer has sweet malt aromas with slightly sweet cinnamon malt flavors. The beer is very light and creamy, and is easy to drink. I enjoyed this beer, but couldn’t drink a lot of them as it is sweet.
