Beer Reviews:

This Orange Peel Hefeweizen recipe produced a beer with an orangish amber hue with a quick fading head. The beer had malty aromas that were slightly acidic. The beer was soft on the tongue but was very malty and slightly dry on the finish. Overall it tasted like a Belgian beer in terms of the sweetness. It was okay, but definitely not a recipe I would replicate.
