Beer Reviews:

This Pilsner has a bit of a darker complexion than other pilsners. It has a light compact head and a creamy malt aroma. The beer has a nice light crisp caramel beginning with a dry ending. Some pilsner can taste a bit ‘farty’ but this is truly a nice crisp pilsner. A winner for sure!

they say that table wine is all you need to order in Italy. After falling in love with pilseners in the Czech Republic a few years ago I’ve really been looking for one that isn’t trying to provide some remarkable/pronounced new flavor. Instead I my focus has been on the authenticity (and because I really just like a nice full bodied pilsner). They’ve been brewing pilsners for hundreds of years. I think this one really brings us back to the basics – but in a very high quality way. This isn’t a gimmicky beer. If you like a quality pilsner with a good head and nice aroma, you won’t be disappointed. I’m on my second keg.
