G’s Review 4.8 out of 5
The Pivo Pils is widely considered a “modern classic,” masterfully blending traditional German lager techniques with a distinct, American craft flair.
- Profile: A crisp, straw-colored pilsner with a sophisticated, aromatic nose of lemongrass, floral notes, and fresh-cut grass, derived from German Saphir hops.
- Taste: It strikes an ideal balance between a clean, biscuit-like malt base and a firm, snappy hop bitterness that leads to a dry, refreshing finish.
- Verdict: It is highly sessionable yet complex, making it an excellent choice for both casual drinkers and craft beer enthusiasts.
- Food Pairing: Its clean bitterness and crisp profile make it a versatile pairing partner, particularly for spicy dishes or delicate seafood.
