This beer has a reddish hue with a light malty aroma. The beer has a sweet melon flavor to it. It’s actually really good and the flagship beer for the Alaskan Brewing Company.

One of my favorite beers to have at lunch or dinner with burgers of fish and chips (or just about anything else). Also my favorite beer to use in my beer battered halibut recipe. The lightly sweet flavor works extremely well without being too hoppy like many other ales.
That battered halibut recipe sounds delicious, post the recipe!
