Foods to Pair with Negra Modelo:
Negra Modelo has a slight sweetness and malty backbone, which is a great companion to spicy dishes. It cuts through the heat of habanero salsas or spicy mole sauces perfectly. It also pairs exceptionally well with grilled meats (carne asada or even a well-charred burger) where the caramel notes in the beer complement the sear on the meat.
About the Brewery

Beer Reviews:
Tobin’s Review 4 out of 5
Negra Modelo has a chocolate complexion with a slight amber tinge, small head and a faint nose with hints of smoke. The beer is smooth with flavors of malt and light toasted grain. Overall this is a solid beer!
G’s Review 4.2 out of 5
Negra Modelo remains the gold standard for Mexican dark lagers. It offers a rich, slow-roasted malt experience without the heavy baggage of a stout. It’s a first-rate choice for anyone who wants flavor without the ‘chewiness’ of a craft ale.
