Golden Road Ride On Tropical IPA

Country- USA
State- California
Brand- Golden Road Brewing
Type- IPA
Average Beer Rating- 3

Description:
Golden Road Ride On Tropical IPA is brewed with real pineapple juice and passionfruit with a unique blend of citrusy hops to enhance the tropical flavor of the real fruit. The beer is comprised of 2-row, wheat, and several different kinds of hops (Simcoe, Strata, Centennial, Chinook, CTZ, Idaho 7, Motueka, Amarillo, Cashmere, Galaxy). The ABV for Golden Road Ride On Tropical IPA is 7.2%.

Glass to Use:
IPA beers are best served in a 16oz. pint glass.

About the Brewery
Golden Road Brewing was founded by Meg Gill and Tony Yanow in 2011 and is located in Los Angeles, CA. In 2015 the brewery partnered with Anheuser-Busch which allowed the brewery to continue to grow its beer selection, get shelf space and expand their line of beers. Today Golden Road Brewing is a Los Angeles favorite!

Beer Reviews:
Tobin’s Review 3 out of 5
Golden Road’s Ride On Tropical IPA has a light honeysuckle hue with a fast-dissipating medium white head. The head literally disappeared in record speed. The beer has light mossy fur hop aromas, which are sweet on the nose. The beer is smooth with a hint of fruit. I pick up notes of lime and apricot (I guess this was actually the passionfruit, but it tasted like apricot to me). It’s really fruity, not very dry and has dried sweet fruit flavors.

Beer Reviews:
Tobin’s Review 4 out of 5
This beer has a nice light golden hue with a firm white head that dissipates slowly. The beer has fruity malt aromas and soft flavors of light grain. I like this beer, it’s better than most of the Mexican Pilsners.

Beer Reviews:
Tobin’s Review 2.5 out of 5
Kershaw’s Wicked Curve has a murky honey hue with a small frothy head that dissipates quickly. The beer has sweet grapefruit aromas and starts smooth on the palate. The flavors are slightly sweet than it finishes with a bitter grapefruit. This is literally a grapefruit beer, kind of sweet and bitter with a grainy mouth. I love Kershaw and his nasty curve, but I am not a fan of his beer.
