Tobin’s Review 3.5 out of 5
Saranac Hoptoberfest IPA has a gold hue, light beige head and a sweet malt aroma. The beer has a soft mouthfeel, starts out sweet and finishes with a slight hint of bitter hops. The is a well crafted IPA!

Tobin’s Review 3 out of 5
Saranac 1888 Octoberfest has a burnt caramel color without any head. I smell roasted grain on the nose, as it smells great. The beer is soft as there aren’t any bitter notes in it. I taste grain with a bit of malt. It’s sweet, but not overly sweet. The beer could really use some more carbonation as it’s flat tasting. Overall it’s a good beer, but maybe I just had a flat bottle, as it was close to a four.

Saranac Hopskeller has a hefeweizen complexion with a small head. The beer is a little fruity on the nose with flavors of sweet malt. It kind of tastes like a sweet tart with a slight hops on the end. I like this one, it’s a nice balanced and flavorful beer.
