Description:
Urban South Lime Cucumber Gose is a sour German-style wheat ale with sea salt, key lime and fresh cucumber juice. The ABV for Urban South’s Lime Cucumber Gose is 4.2%.

Glass to Use:
Sour beers are best served in a tulip glass. Tulip glasses enhance the volatiles while retaining proper head retention, and captures the aroma of more complex beers.

About the Brewery
In 2016 Jacob Landry founded the Urban South Brewery in New Orleans, Louisiana. The focus was on combining the heritage of European beer making with the brashness of new American styles. Two years later, Urban South opened an R&D Brewery and taproom in Houston, Texas. The brewery currently produces around 15-varieties of beer.

Beer Reviews:
Tobin’s Review 4.5 out of 5
Urban South’s Lime Cucumber Gose has a murky honey hue with a frothy white head. The beer pops with aromas of fresh cucumber and lime. Some Gose beers can be pungent, but this has the perfect balance between salted cucumber and fresh lime. It resembles a cucumber lemonade and is a delicious beer!
