About the Brewery
Hop Valley Brewing was founded in 2009 in Springfield, Oregon. Their original facility was a 15-barrel brewpub. The company went from producing 6,700 barrels in 2013 to moving to a 60-barrel brewhouse in Eugene and producing 38,500 barrels in 2015. In 2016 MillerCoors acquired majority stake of Hop Valley. This acquisition will help Hop Valley’s distribution, so that everyone can enjoy their beers!

Beer Reviews:
Tobin’s Review 3 out of 5
Hop Valley’s Citrus Mistress IPA has a light gold hue with a compact oatmeal head. The beer has aromas of citrus from the Citra hops. It’s a soft beer that turns bitter, then back to smooth and finally bitter on the post palate. The citrus hop flavors are cut by some of the bitter hops.
