Description:
Jai Alai IPA is a bold citrusy and balanced IPA that involves six different hop varietals. The beer has notes of orange peel, clementine and light caramel malt. The ABV for Cigar City Brewing Jai Alai IPA is 7.5%.

Glass to Use:
IPA beers are best served in a 16oz. pint glass.

About the Brewery
Cigar City Brewing was established in Tampa, Florida by Joey Redner in 2007. Redner would then hire Wayne Wambles as his brewmaster and the pair would brew their first commercial batch of beer in 2009. Since the days of a 2-man team, the brewery now has over 60 full time employees and it’s beer is distributed in over 30 states!

Jai Alai IPA has a dark amber hue. The head is a thick frothy oatmeal colored head. I pick up a light citrus hops on the nose and the beer has dark ale flavors with a hoppy finish. It almost tastes a little musty at the end. Overall it’s a good beer, but definitely not my cup of tea.
