The brewery is located in Uptown New Orleans and they produce a wide variety of beers as well as food at their location.

Ella Double Dry-Hopped Pilsner has a hazy golden hue with a light frothy head. The beer has a slight hops aroma, is light with a tinge of hops on the back of the throat. Overall it’s a good beer, but is slightly bitter.

Port Orleans Dorada has a clear straw hue with a light head that dissipates fast. I pickup fruit on the nose and the beer has flavors of grain and light hops with a hint of fruit on the finish. It’s a super-light lager, and overall very good.
