Green Flash’s Blonde Ale has a dark hay color with a compact but frothy foam. The beer has sugary aromas and is smooth and light with a little creaminess and a light honey flavor. It’s a nice beer that is fuller than most blonde ales.

Description:
Green Flash West Coast IPA has an orange to copper hue with an off-white head. The beer has aromas of sweet tropical passion-fruit, pungent grapefruit citrus and pine. The beer pops with assertive flavors of grapefruit zest bitterness which are supported by notes of dark caramel and a floral dry woodsy hop ending. The ABV for West Coast IPA is 7%.

Glass to Use:
IPA beers are best served in a 16oz. pint glass.

Green Flash’s West Coast IPA has a dark red hue (it almost looks like a Killian’s Red.) The beer has a compact but frothy head with sweet hop aromas. The beer starts smooth before turning a little bitter. Overall it’s a well crafted IPA that has a bit of a smoky and burnt caramel finish.
