Tobin’s Review 2.5 out of 5
Chimay’s Cinq Cents has a murky honey hue with a quick dissipating head. The beer has light grain and sweet malt aromas. Overall Chimay white is dry with a bitter hops flavor. The beer is not well balanced, and honestly I am not a fan.

Chimay Chimay Grande Réserve Blue is a Trappist Ale that has a rich and lively sweetness which gives way to a drier finish. The beer has notes of peppery spice which is balanced by thyme, cedar and a hint of nutmeg.Blue has a dark amber hue, with a frothy beige head and sweet and light malt aromas. The beer has sweet malt flavors, with a hint of cocoa which is balanced by a bit of bitterness at the end. The dry finish is the perfect end to the beer, as it is well crafted and leaves you tasking banana bread. This has always been one of my favorite beers!
