Beer Reviews:
Tobin’s Review 3 out of 5
TJ’s Vintage Spiced Ale 2021 has a pitch-black hue with a light graham cracker colored head. The beer has a sugary Belgian malted aroma with a light sweet malty mouth and hints of spice on the finish. Overall, it was a decent beer… personally I wish I would have this in front of a roaring fire during the holiday season!

Tobin’s Review 4.5 out of 5
Chimay Chimay Grande Réserve Blue is a Trappist Ale that has a rich and lively sweetness which gives way to a drier finish. The beer has notes of peppery spice which is balanced by thyme, cedar and a hint of nutmeg.Blue has a dark amber hue, with a frothy beige head and sweet and light malt aromas. The beer has sweet malt flavors, with a hint of cocoa which is balanced by a bit of bitterness at the end. The dry finish is the perfect end to the beer, as it is well crafted and leaves you tasking banana bread. This has always been one of my favorite beers!
